President Dwight D. Eisenhower, our most Powerful Military Commander and Leader of all Allied Forces in the conduct of WWII issues an ominous Warning in his farewell speech to the nation. In this farewell speech of January 17, 1961 we receive a full comprehensive update on the status of the nation. The difference in wisdom, dignity and tone of all presidents after are abundantly clear.
Note: In all commentaries on this speech, what is really missed here is his warning about the materialism this money machine brings and the reality that whenever you do anything that brings you really big money, let’s just say that would be enough to buy a house for most of us. Somebody close to us is going to get hurt. Few of us really understand that this entire lure of materialism is the trap that destroys the moral fabric of the nation and finally transfers it’s wealth. Being from that era, he would have also been very familiar with and versed in Smedly Butler.
Lets take a look at the Current State of Affairs. Here we have a real General and now in the 21st Century with the benefit of current technology, our leaders and representatives act like packaged mannequins without a brain or sense of real accountability to the people. The economy of a nation is it’s very blood, our Military budget is out of proportion to any threat to the nation. Excuse me, where is the money? Did anybody go to jail? It is time for a Spring Cleaning.
“The few who understand the system, will either be so interested from it’s profits or so dependent on it’s favors, that there will be no opposition from that class.” ~ Rothschild Brothers of London, 1863
